Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 420 & Games Friends platform (“the Platform”) operated by 420 & Games Friends (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility — 18+ Only

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. The Platform contains adult-oriented content. By creating an account you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally permitted to access adult content under the laws of your jurisdiction
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited

We reserve the right to require age verification at any time and to terminate accounts where the age requirement is not met.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not create multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions

One account per person is permitted unless expressly authorized by us.

4. Monitoring of Communications

You expressly consent to and acknowledge:

• All chat communications on the Platform are logged with associated metadata (IP address, device information, session identifiers, and timestamps)
• A tamper-evident hash chain is applied to chat records to preserve their integrity for legal purposes
• Message records may be disclosed to law enforcement in response to valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, warrants)
• Moderation team members may review chat messages at any time to enforce these Terms
• Request forensic logs — including your IP address, device type, and browsing path within the Platform — are retained for security and legal compliance purposes

By using Platform communications features you consent to this recording and monitoring.

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and, where required, reports to the relevant authorities:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Any content, image, video, text, or communication that sexually exploits or depicts minors. We have a zero-tolerance policy. All discovered CSAM is immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery — Sharing or distributing intimate images of any person without their explicit documented consent.
• Harassment & threats — Targeting, threatening, or harassing any person on or off the Platform using information obtained from the Platform.
• Doxxing — Publishing or distributing private information about any person without their consent.
• Fraud & impersonation — Misrepresenting your identity, impersonating another person, or engaging in fraudulent payment activity.
• Spam & manipulation — Artificially inflating view counts, using bots, or engaging in coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Illegal activity — Using the Platform for any activity that is illegal under applicable law.

6. Creator Content & Responsibilities

If you post or stream content as a Creator, you represent and warrant that:

• All performers in your content are at least 18 years of age and consented to being recorded and broadcast
• You hold or have licensed all necessary rights to the content you post
• Your content does not violate applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours
• You maintain required records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or equivalent regulations where applicable

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

7. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Platform currency (coins) and subscriptions are subject to the following:

• All purchases are final unless required by applicable consumer protection law
• Coin balances have no cash value and are not transferable outside the Platform
• Subscription charges are processed on the billing interval selected at signup
• Creator payouts are processed through Paxum, subject to Paxum’s terms and verification requirements
• We reserve the right to suspend payouts pending investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in illegal conduct, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform is revoked immediately
• Your content may be removed from public view
• Transaction records are retained as required by law
• Forensic and audit log data is retained as described in our Privacy Policy

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Certain data will be retained even after account closure as required by law.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• We are not liable for user-generated content posted by creators or other users
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts having appropriate jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
